I have a 2002 HD which is stock. I bought a 2.9 upper pulley which I believe to be the same as a stock Lightning upper pulley. Also purchased a SCT 90MM MAF, cold air intake and a Bassani Lightning exhaust system. I would also like to purchase a lower pulley to get just 2 more psi. My question is how far can I go with what I have purchased before I need a tuner? What is the limit of the OEM computer? Unfortunately I live in California and have to deal with a smog cert every two years. Would appreciate any knowledge. Thanks
