Question of BF Pulley and Hub

I just bought a 2.76 BF Upper used of a member on modularfords.com and lethal sold me just a hub so I can run the system. The person I bought the pulley from said he needs the bolts because he's just changing pulleys. So do the bolts come with the hub? Or am I screwed on the bolts? I'm just a little confused.

Welp, bought the hub, pulley, and ordered the bolts from Billet Flow. Hopefully I'm set.
