Rear End Oil?

What is the best rear end oil to use in our cars? I'm changing the oil in the rear end so how much is needed and is there anything else I need?

The stock ford synthetic 75-140 is fine. I've used it for 4 years of open tracking. You will need 2 qts plus 1 bottle friction modifier.
