There's no way we're not alone. Space is BIIIIIIG. The distances are hard enough to comprehend, and then add to it the fact that those distances are increasing as time goes on (IE post big-bang everything is moving away from everything else). Our cosmic horizon is 14b light years, but like the horizon we see on earth, just because you cant see beyond it doesn't mean there's nothing there. How clear do you need? Look at the Cmdr. David Fravor Tic-Tac-Toe sightings off the coast of San Diego. Even a F18 with the best sensor package of the time gives a meh IR feed of these things (all their other sensor equipment couldnt see it there). This object was tracked simultaneously by multiple F18 and sea based radar, and they say they "See these things all the time". Yes, we have a society with handheld HD cameras, but the apertures are not great for anything long-distance. In order to shoot long distance and craft like that, you have to have a specific setup, and anyone doing that for the sake of just UFO hunting are immediately labeled kooks, and any great shots they get immediately discounted, so there's that. Plus, deniers will just say its photoshopped anyways. Look at the flat earthers, any pic of a spherical earth is PS'd and the live feed from ISS is realtime Hollywood magic.
