1 can Banner Red Krylon + 1 can Clear Gloss Krylon from Wal-Mart and 3-4 intimate hours with some marine cleaner, masking tape and your car. Give the paint a day to dry and scrape the COBRA off with a new razor blade and you should be good to go.

That's what I did ~6000 miles ago and they still look great.
