Removing Stripes?

Are those stripes on the side and on the hood painted on or those sticker things....cant think of the name... Can they be easily removed or will it have to be repainted?

If they are stickers, they should be able to come off
easily with a hair dryer blowing on it so that it warms
the glue and then you can gently and slowly peel it off.
You need to use medium or warm heat, not hot. You need
to take your time lifting it off.
