Retro Solutions Issue Need Advice

I ordered some 6k hid's from Retro with capping. I paid $180 and they were on back order and took 2-3 weeks to get them. But when I got them, 1 of my bulb caps were bent. I dont know if it was during shipping but tried moving it but doesn't budge. I asked for a replacement bulb but they denied, they say the only thing I can do is go through the shipping insurance. Am I making a big deal out of this and just install them or should I go through the shipping insurance?

Sounds like that company is garbage to deal with. You can try the shipping insurance but it looks like that was done before it left their factory. If all else fails give them a shot. It might be nothing to worry about.
