Rims turning a different color?

i have an 04 cobra with chrome rims....i noticed the other day while cleaning the car a bit that they look "bronze'ish" near the center of the rim around the bolts....i tried cleaning it..and it wasnt working at all..kind of liek if they were rusting but i know they are'nt rusting....what the HELL do i do?


is this permanent?...anyone else have this problem?

i heard mothers chrome cleaner would do the trick...

Haven't had that issue. Have you use aircraft remover to take off the paint from inside of your rims? Under the paint is chrome!!

nope havent done that yet....as soon as it gets warmer outside, that'll be on the top 3 things to do
