Hello I'm a new member here put I live 8000 miles away from the US . I would like to thank you all for this wonderful Forums . you guys helped many people in my region to learn and understand about their cars . keep up the good work OK first things first . I'm new to the forced induction world and I'm gonna go straight to subject. I just bought the Roush supercharger (didn't install it yet) . it's the phase 1 kit to be exact . So I made a decision that I want the most powerful setup/mods available without pushing my engine to the limits (Saftey is always a priority LOL) so I decided to order the 675hp kit from VMP . that includes JLT CAI-82mm pulley-VMP tuning and other goodies After sending some emails to VMP and Lund racing regarding the estimated HP range after tuning they told me it's between 550-600 Is these numbers looks fair to you guys? 1- Keep in mind I live in the middle east region. The only choice for fuel here is RON95 (I think its the same as 91 Ocatne in the US) 2- the weather is really nasty in here (I MEAN REALLY) . we are talking about 122° in summer. (I live at the sea level BTW) So with this kind of fuel plus the bad weather . do I have a chance to make good numbers ? Is there any risk for damaging my motor with 82mm pulley ? (Especially with weather/heat factor) And what other mods you guys suggest ? I'm thinking about Id1050X- Fuel pump booster-high flow elbow- (and of course the VMP Heat exchanger because of the flamming summer here) . am I gonna need any of these for my application ? My car is 2014 5.0 with Automatic transmission 3.15 with 43K miles so far. lots of people warned me about putting a blower in my car because my engine will not last too long (Again, the weather thing) . I need your help for making my decision . Thanks in advance . Sent from my G8142 using the svtperformance.com mobile app
