Does anyone else find shifting from 1st to 3rd to 5th better at red lights for 0- 60+ accelreration or do i have to wind the gears out in sequence and will doing the former harm my tranny???:??:

Skipping gears will not harm your transmission, but I'm not sure if it will give you a better 0-60 time. I am guessing it will make it slower.
If you are asking about skip shifting, yeah I do it all the time. Usually 1st to 2nd to 4th to 6th though. Or sometimes I just start in 2nd. No harm to the tranny at all.
Edit - if you are looking to get the best 0-60 time or any performance whatsoever, go 1-2-3-4-etc. The only reason to skip shift is to get better mpg.
