The main issue was my inadequate floor prep. If it's not too late, you should definitely consider a poly-aspartic coating. It's rock hard (no worries about chipping/flaking) and looks great. Won't yellow, either. Just a recommendation. If you go with epoxy, just be sure the prep is done right and you allow a sufficient amount of time for it to cure before parking on it.
