So Cal people with the "tick"

Hey, I was wondering if any of you people with the tick in So Cal got your head replaced. Specifically, I'm curious what dealer you went to and which actually believe the tick exists.

I usually go to Sunrise Ford in Fontana for warranty work. Not sure about the tick, Im one of the lucky ones without it, but they take good care of me and dont hassle me about the mods
