SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! Short story: These were on the car for a week (about 140 miles on them). I was looking for a little more sound and got a lot more. It is a very melodious exhaust note for a musclecar but it is not the not-stock/sleeper sound I want. My lack of research presents a great opportunity for a forum member to get some almost NIB top-quality mufflers at a great price for your GT (for model years 2011 through 2014). Asking: $550 shipped. Please: no low-ball offers. Longer story: I was looking for something a little more aggressive than the FRPP GT500 Touring mufflers, something still sleeper-like but a bit more bark. I listened to the AWE Touring video and figured these mufflers would fit the bill. My car has LP OTA pipes (i.e.--no resonators) and the sound of the AWE Touring mufflers is similar to Borla S-types (which I had for a while) but the AWE’s produce a deeper, richer tone along with a more burble on deceleration. There is absolutely no drone whatsoever and the cabin sound is pleasant and not obtrusive. Following the car, these mufflers sound hearty going through gears, accelerating and decelerating. But, for me, these are too much of a good thing. I like a subtle rumble so I put the GT500 Tourings back on, followed the car, and, (surprise) the sound is just right. As my wife said, I should’ve done that before swapping out mufflers, lol. These axlebacks sell for $749 on most sites. I bought them from Lethal Performance when they had their President’s Sale (10% off). In fact, I want to give a huge shout-out to LP because they honored the posted price ($649) even though it was incorrect so I enjoyed a whopping 13% off. :) I have the axlebacks wrapped in bubble-wrap and nicely nestled in the original packaging, including the BlowPop. I put some anti-seize on the threads of the stainless clamps used to secure the tips. I have a bunch of pictures of the mufflers during re-packaging and a couple of videos (cold start, idling). I don’t have a YouTube account but I can put the photos and videos in DropBox for pickup. Please feel free to reply to thread or send me a PM - I lurk a lot so response should be quick. Let’s give these AWE Touring axlebacks a happy home. Thanks for taking a look. Chris
