Well South Florida is one step closer to having an SVT Owners Association. We currently have a Director (me), a Dealer Representative, and hopefully a Sponsoring Dealer. We are currently searching for an Activities Director, and possibly a Webmaster who have some time to spend on this project. If you are a member of SVTOA and live in Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties we will be in touch with you hopefully soon. If you are not a member and want to join please go to www.svtoa.com and sign up. It should be interesting to get this Association off the ground and running. I'm not from FL. but I'm the Treasurer for the Boston/New England SVTOA.
I know that if you can get a chapter done there that you guys will have ALOT of fun. The weather in FL is alot better then it is in MA so you guys should have a ton of things to do.
We have done a few events here already this yr.
2 auto-x (one more pending in Oct.)
1 dyno day
1 dray day (one more pending also)
1 car show (sept.)
and we also had a few other social events.
I'd like to wish you the best of luck........and like ed said if you live in those area get in, and enjoy yourselfs.
