my 2010 gt500 has prev had a 1-2 grind issue when shifting at high rpms (mainly at track although once or twice on street). This prob only seemed to of occurred when the car was hot. My first couple passes at the track are fine, then when shifting to second it wont go in, at least not like it should (smoothly without delay). btw this clutch had 9000 miles on it.
Took it to dealership and they replaced clutch assembly and shifter. car ran fine at track that next year. now this year, same thing happened last night at track - same exact prob. now i know this is a prob that has been beat to death, but my question is this...what aftermarket clutch (and if nec, shifter) would be recommended so i dont deal with this again. my ultimate hp goal for this car is around 900 to the wheels. thanks for any suggestions.
