ok guys...so heres the question. i have an 89 5.0 hatch and im planning on using the car for autocross...yeh yeh i know its not the best choice, but my dad gave it to me a few years back, and i feel like putting the car to use. dont get me wrong, i love drag racing but something about autocross i just love so you cant talk me out of it. anyways....i know our cars are nose heavy, and i happened to run across a 2.3 turbo out of an 88 thunderbird turbo coupe. i know those motors are capable of some pretty decent power, and that would really help out with my weight balance issue. has anybody here ever done this swap and know what all is involved? this just seemed to make sense to me, but i wanted to get some feed back before i go buy this thing. :thumbsup:
