I did send an email to Todd and he told me to check his site on how to check the wheel for fitment. I'm going to try by next weekend.:rolling:

According to TCE's website, they will not clear inside of 99-00 wheel.

"*Should clear the late Lightning wheel and Harley but will still require a spacer for the early wheel. **Will not clear inside of '99-00 wheel."
