Tell me about you NOISES and what was causing them

Guys,

I know this topic has been gone through one way or another. So feel free not to respond:-?

Please tell me the noises your Lightning has made or is making that are a problem or just annoying and what you or the dealer did to fix it.

The reason is, I have been hearing noises from the left front upper control arm area with the wheel cut. I have been hearing a metallic popping noise from where the bed attaches when going in reverse to the left. I have heard a noise that sounds like a crunch from the front end.

There are probably more, but I would like to compare mine to others and know what the solution was before I approached the dealer about fixing it. Because it is apparent to me that even an SVT dealers mechanics don't know much about SVT vehicles.

Yep,

noticed a 'noise' as the cooler weather started--it's a 'squeak'-a 'friction' noise. Can't tell for sure if it's in the cab or in the front end? Not annoying enough yet to take to a dealer.
