Does anyone out there think there’s a bubble right now in the terminator market? I read over and over again about how these are future “collectors” cars and some people think the price is going nowhere but up from here (or at least not depreciating further). Seems like low mileage cars are commanding top dollar right now, or people are at least trying to ask top dollar... However, with production numbers of 19k+ in just 2 years, are they really that rare? How many sub-20,000 mile cobras are in the market section for sale right now!? I look up slightly older cars that have gone up significantly in value (Supras, certain porshces, and other exotics come to mind mostly) and the production numbers are far less than these. Don’t get me wrong, I love my terminator, and I paid a premium for my low mileage 1 owner SB coupe last year. But I didn’t buy it because I think it’s going to be collectors car. I did it because this was my dream car back then and something I always wanted. Seems like nowadays a lot of people are holding on to these cars and really watchin how many miles get put on them, but is it really worth it or should we just enjoy them for what there are? Maybe these cars will go up in value. I don’t know. I do know I’m certainly not holding onto mine as an investment though. What do you guys think?
