ahhh... Iv missed 3rd and went into 1st in my dads 5.0, but the minute I felt the car bog and saw that tac spike just the smallest bit, back in the clutch went... Thats going from second to third though... 3rd to 4th all you have to do is pull the thing backwards... how hard is it?
