I haven't had any bad experiences with TMS personally yet, but I've only bought stuff from them once. As I recall, I just paid over the phone via credit card, no dicking around with waiting for them to call me back. I have also heard of other people not being impressed with their customer service. I used to go to Brad's quite a bit, too, but they've done some things over time they have just made me not really interested in going back there, at least not for just anything. Of course, they are really expensive for labor. Also I've had problems getting them to give me 5 minutes of their time to do even just a really crude diagnosis of a couple problems...It was my DD at the time, I heard some noises that were really concerning to me, and all I was looking for them to say was either "Don't drive the car until you get it fixed" or "You should get it fixed ASAP, but it's okay to drive it until you can get it in the shop" or "you shouldn't worry about it." Maybe it was the fact that it was a Saturday in the middle of summer, I don't know. Finally, Dane charged me for additional labor after my car was done but it couldn't be removed from the shop because a delivery truck showed up and blocked it in for a half an hour. I've found another shop in Renton called Mathewsons that I trust to do things that I wouldn't feel comfortable doing myself but don't require mustang-specific knowledge to do. They're extremely knowledgable about cars in general and have great customer service. If they were mustang specialists, I would go there for everything.
