[QUOTE="stevolikedevo, post: 7347627, member: 43222"] Brad's done other things to my car that just piles up making me not want to use them more and more. I had Brad's install a 10th anniversary E-brake handle for me about two years ago (apartment living, no jack/space to work on cars). After recently swapping rear axles with Tyler, I discovered that they failed to reinstall the plate on the handle that maintains the tension on the cables, so the cables cinched up as tight as possible, preventing us from reconnecting the E-brake lines to the rear calipers until I identified the problem. Another time, I had them put some C/C plates and a bumpsteer kit on my car. Granted, the previous owner of the car was probably the person that had cross-threaded the nuts on the passenger side strut, but, rather than attempting to re-die the strut properly, Brad's took a file to the threads, and it's pretty gnarly-looking. I've just had too many experiences trying to fix little f-ups from them that I have a hard time justifying paying them to do anything for them anymore. Maybe my projects weren't high-dollar enough for them to focus their full attention on doing a great job, but IMHO, if they don't/can't take the time to do those right, why should I trust them to do more expensive/difficult projects for me.
