I just got a new 2001 red lightning. I am going to put in a bed rug, cd player, and new speakers. I know nothing about mechanics, so is there anything easy enough I can do to my truck. I was wondering about something simple, like a new air filter, or something to help with hp. If anyone knows something I can do to my truck please tell me and send me a website for the product.
