Those with H&R Springs...

I got my Super Sports in today. I have a couple questions before I install the fronts. Did you use the rubber spring insolater around the bottom coil? Did you use the circle shaped insolator at the bottom of the spring? Last question, do I need a spring compressor for the front springs? Thanks

well... i have the H&R race springs. and i have the bottom isolators, and left out the top ones that wrap on the springs.
