Tire Pressure Question

So lately when it gets cold down here my low tire pressure light comes on.
Im having a issue getting air into the tire for some reason. I will put air compressor on it but cant get any air to go into the tires. :shrug:
I noticed around the value stems on the rims there is a red rubber o ring. Not sure if that is blocking me from pumping air into tire or if that is suppsoe to be there. Thats why Im coming to the pro's for advice.

Is it on all of them? I don't see it on my stems but that have been changed. The factory stems did not have it either. I may go on the lake today. Come on out.

Yes it on all of them. I dont remember them on my stock ones either. I bought the rims and tires used (500 miles) already had everything installed.

Where is everyone meeting up?
