Tranny question?

Will a regular E4OD tranny off a F-150 hook right up to my 94 Lightning, or is there something different about the lightning trannys? I just fryed mine and I dont want to spend alot of money to replace it, so if I can I will just pick a E4OD up from a junkyard and throw it up in there... Please help...

yes it will work. it has to be for a small block.....and if you get a post 94 trans youll have to change a couple of connectors......

yes. the insides may differ a bit but nothing worth mentioning. i can answer ay specific questions about it you have......

just an fyi...the 95 up trannies are much better......
