When I launch my 03 svtf and I mean a hard launch after a few tire spins it bogs down and then picks it back up.
does the tc turn completely off or do you have to pull a fuse to turn it completely off.

When you flip the switch you turn off the TC part way... the engine brake function turns off, but the wheel brake function stays on if you are under 30 mph. If you pull the fuse you will also loose the ABS, since the two are linked. I don't like it much and wish Ford had made it so the driver had a 3rd option of turning TC completely off, while keeping ABS on.

However, for the track I like the option for wheel lock (in the rare case of a spin) and will pull the fuse.
