Urgh it looks like tree sap or something very close to it got on my cars paint and chrome :fm: . Normal washing didn't seem to do very much to remove it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If that stuff gets a chance to "cook" on there it will alter the paint forever.
Use your thumb but be careful and dont "smear".
