Ordered this tank from lethal a while and finally getting around to install it. Since I haven't seen a write up for a ice tank I'm going to do one. The way i routed my coolant lines is from the pump to the intercooler then to the heat exchanger and then back to the tank. Started by removing everything out of the trunk and if you have a BAP installed like me then remove the fuses or disconnect the battery. Then I went to test fit the tank and I had to remove the bracket that your inflator hooks to. It's just spot welded in with a little work with some channel locks it popped out. Then I put a piece of dynamat over the holes and where the tank contacts the body just as a insulator for metal to metal contact. Next step was to drill the first hole to run the coolant lines. I put my fitting on and marked it using a punch. I just happened to have a hole saw that was the right size. I took a deep breath and drilled a hole. I honestly stared at it for awhile debating on how to run the lines. Just because of the size of them. I'm going to run one on each side and I'll get more pictures as the install progresses. For the drain it's just parts from lowes. Price was $15-20 and the hole I'm using was already there just pop the rubber seal out. First hole drilled. Make sure you check where you drill before you drill!! Should've mentioned that earlier. Remove the plastic and I just let it hang there. You will have to modify it like I did. I used my sawzaw which was way over kill but I didn't have a hand saw. So very carefully cut the plastic. Cut a strip of the dynamat and put it around the hole. So no chaffing will happen. Also installed these today.
