I have a lowered 93 Cobra-- what would be the purpose of these? I suppose it would change the ackerman... but does it give a different feel for the steering or something?
The bushings position the angle of the rack in a lower linear position. I had this on my 98 cobra as well. It supposed to reduce wear on the entire system.I didn't notice any diff in steering feel, but without it, I've heard cases od binding and premature wear. If you plan on keeping your Cobra a while, its cheap insurance.
