It sounds painful. Me and a buddy are thinking wither wheel bearing or axle. Theres no play at all, 12-6 or 9-3. But when I make a hard right the sound goes away for the most part.

I know what a worn bearing sounds like...but maybe with this loud crap ass SLP exhaust I couldn't hear it?

What do you guys think?

Sounds like suspension or something like a leaf spring would make... We don't have leafs though. Check the brake rotor as well, maybe it is warped. Idk, just throwing ideas out there. Goodluck bro!

I changed the rear brakes and the sound stayed. It goes with the tire rolling, so doubtfully suspension. Thanks though!:beer:

Jack the car up on a lift. Put your buddy in her running and pull out the stethoscope. That's a pretty substantial noise

Put the car up somehow on a lift or 4 jackstands. put the car in neutral and turn the wheel by hand to try and locate the sound.

I've jacked it up and spun it by.hand and still has the noise. Sounds internal.

Has anybody heard a wheel bearing make this noise before?

Jack it up and grab the top and bottom of the wheel, one hand on the top of the wheel and one on the bottom of the wheel. Wiggle it. If you feel any play the bearing is bad.

Here is my sisters old ZX2 and you can see how a bad wheel bearing is. Note this bearing was really fried and had excessive play and made the same sound you are experiencing.
