I know of a lot Gen 1s out there on the forums running more than 6psi. How are you guys doing this. I cant get my truck to run on 6 psi. If its not detonating its spiting and sputturing. I dont under stand. I have a T-66, 3" inch exhaust, fuel press is 35 normally, with the fmu under boost its 60psi. It has PSD, the turbo has a bag on it and exhaust is wraped so to keep heat in. I want to run a least 8-10. I know it can be done what do I have to do.
Also any ideas what will cause my truck, to load up and not really move. It does it when going about 20, it feels like the engine is loading up and it kinda bucks. If you let go of the throttle and get back in to it will be fine. But some times when its bogging down and you keep into all a sudden it take off like a bat out hell. And it blows oil out the dip stick tube under full boost. :cuss:
