BEAUTIFUL man. Don't take that thing out for a small spin and have some idiot Tbone you or something. If it was me, that thing would never leave the garage except for brief around-the-block runs to keep the fuel system functioning. That race lightning is AWESOME too!! What is your setup? It looks amazing.

I'm with you, I think the older lightnings look better than the newer ones.

I usually take it to a little burger joint about 1 mile away on sunday mornings for breakfast. other than that it stays garaged and covered. Thanks! Still has the original Firehawk tires too.
Race truck is a 438(351wstroker) with a BDS 8-71. setup currently to make 13 lbs boost @ 7400rpm. best run so far was 10.51@128mph. still has more in it. I want to see a 9 this year.

i have been looking for a clean l also havent had any luck though.it took me years to find a clean fox body lx coupe. its biminni blue and it has 29k org mile and i had to drive 1200 mile to get it,but it was worth it. ihope it doesnt take that long to find a clean first gen lightning!

Send me a PM, I have a good friend possibly looking to sell his '94 up here in Leesville. It's white, doesn't have much if anything done to it, I don't know the mileage for sure but I think it's under 100K, and the seller is very very picky about who he sells it to, he wants it to go to a caring home!

Thinking of selling my 94 Lightning

I'm the guy SVTCOBRA306 is talking about here in Leesville. If you're interested in my 94 you can email me at [email protected] and I will send you some pics. I do not have to sell it right now, but I will consider all offers. I really need to sell my ex-drag car first, 63 Ford Fairlane 500 2 door with a 393 stroker. It runs mid 11's in 1/4 if anyone is interested. The Lightning has 80,200 miles as of tonight and is stock except for flowmaster mufflers, k&n air filter and Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires which are about 2 weeks old and have under 200 miles on them. Has had nothing but Motorcraft Synthetic every 3,000 miles since new. I'm only considering selling both these vehicles because I am going to buy or trade up or down for a 2001-2004 Lightning or a 03-04 Cobra. I'm new to SVT Performance, so if I don't put something you guys think I should tell me. I don't know how to post pics on her yet, so bare with me. Thanks, Eric
