Mine stock rims are starting to look like crap. Washing them is not helping. It almost looks like my rims are starting to rust, except it is grey in color and not brown.

Could be some oxidation, try using the cheap and effective Turtle Wax Chome cleaner, strong stuff.

Never dull. Wipe it on, and wipe it off. Great stuff.

I use Simple Green for routine cleaning. If I have a stubborn spot on the wheel, I'll use an old clay bar to remove it.

Everytime I wash my car I take a small piece of nerverdull an wipe ip over all of my wheels. I then go back to the first wheel and with a soft cloth wipe the neverdull back off. It takes no effort. I can do all fo the wheels in under 5 minutes. i have used everything on the market, and it is by far the easiest.

It is in a small silver can that is about 2.5 inches tall, and about 2 inches in diameter.
