What do I need to put a Marauder engine in a 01 Cobra?

I've found a decent deal on a low mileage Marauder engine. What all do I need to put it in my 01 Cobra?

I believe I'll need the following:
Swap oil pan for the cobra
Pilot bearing
6 bolt flywheel
swap intake and exhaust manifolds
front cover maybe??

As far as cams go, it sounds like swapping my cobra intake cams could pick up some power. Is that worth the hassle?
