There are some formulas out there (one that I'm currently on) that you can use to find out your daily requirements. I also use Fitday.com to help keep track of my progress. Once you get consistent with your nutritional requirements and you add a FULL body workout to your schedule, you'll get stronger.</p></blockquote><p></p>
