I still eat the things I like and just try not to go overboard, rather than put myself on an awful strict diet that makes me miserable for a few months.</p><p></p><p>The key is to find a routine that you are comfortable doing for the rest of your life. Every day. I'm 33, so it took me a very long time to figure it out.</p></blockquote><p></p>
