What weight motor oil...Summer/winter

Just wondering what kind/weight of motor oil you supercharged guys are using? Do you change the weight according to the season/temps?Everyone splurge for Full Synthetic? Is full synthetic really worth the money?
What's everyones opinion. :burnout:

I say stick to full synthetic. It tends to last longer in an SC'd car. It also lubricates a bit better. I'd just stick with the manufacturer's suggested weight in synthetic.
