Whats a good carb setup?

Well i'm going carb from efi in my 92 lx, whats a good setup that isn't too pricey? I have gt40 heads, i like old hot rods and the simplicity so I want to rip all the wires and the computer out and put in a custom gauge cluster and wire that to my engine. and leave the lights, turn signals etc.as the only wires. Basically what i'm asking is whats a good carb intake, carb, fuel pump and cam. it's not my daily so idc about mpg. thanks for the help.

I ran a 4150 style 650 double pumper on stock e5 heads, b303, performer rpm. Way too much fuel for my weak setup at the time.

At high RPM it kicked the shit out of a 600 edelbrock, though it gave me better mid range.

I'll be putting the 650dp back on with worked gt40's, lets see if it'll find something to do with all of that fuel.
