Coat in olive oil and season to taste. I used salt, pepper, lowerys, and, italian seasoning. The wife added A1 to the veggies is why they are a dark color. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes and season to taste. In a seperate bowl, use 1 cup of butter at room temp. Add 3 spoons of minced garlic and other seasonings you like. Stir it up real good Lay out tin foil and place veggies and steak. Now take a big spoon of the butter garlic herb mix and plop it right on top. Fold the tin foil into a square and place on grill for about 20 minutes Its a heavenly delight. I dont have an outside grill i have an indoor smokeless grill. I go camping a lot with a jeep crew and these work awesone in a fire pit as well. Ill post the done pic when its finished cooking.
