Downtime has let me remodel our 3rd 3/4 bathroom. It's MY bathroom in man land which is in the FROG so I got to do it up to my taste. I went industrial which my wife hates but she has her say so over the other two bathrooms. I'm almost done but about out of steam. You don't always think about all the work, money and time that goes into a project when you start. I would never do our larger bathroom myself, just an armature. -Removed toilet, sink, mirror, toilet paper holder, light fixture, base boards, tile, tile backing board, 100,000 backing board nails +/- 1. -Fix all the holes and imperfections in the sheetrock, prime, paint -Lay new backing board, tile, grout, grout sealer, baseboards, wax ring, toilet , new toilet paper holder, new mirror, new faucet, new sink, new hand towel holder, new light fixture. Here is the old set-up. This was as is from when we moved in. I literally had to bend over to wash my hands. Being the room was so small I went with a pedestal sink and have boxes on the shelves for cleaning gear, toilet paper and hand towels you would normally keep under the sink. Then upgraded...
