Wheel question?????

So I am thinking about giving my girlfriend my Cobra R wheels of my Terminator for her 05 V6 and upgrading to some 18'' saleen wheels. So my question is will my Cobra R wheels fit her car? Is the backspacing right? If not what if anything can I do(spacers, etc.) to make them work?

I believe that the wheels will indeed fit but the 36mm offset of the 99-04 stangs will make the wheels/tires stick out of the fender on her car. This is just what ive heard from people swapping wheels from 99's to 05's (That particular person had no rubbing issues either), im sure someone who knows more about this could chime in.
