will some wheels off a 1999 f150 fit a 91 f150

They will fit, but have to modify the lug holes... Lug holes need to be opened on the outer edge, and you will need older style lug nuts from a F-250. They look like the newer lugs, flat with washer on them but have SAE threads, instead of the metric threads.
I had 00 expy wheels on my 94 XLT before swapping to 93 lighting wheels..
