Where are we supposed to get factory sized tires at?

Just like the title says. I have looked all over for a factory sized tire for my 1990 GT. Goodyear doesn't sell 15 inch tires any more. Discount Tire and Tire Direct have a few foreign options available. Most companies must think everyone has gone to the 16" plus tires. I still have the factory turbine wheels.

So what tire have you went with or would you go with? I still have the set of BF Goodrich Touring radials on my car that I put on it 22 years ago. They are still great tires for riding around but traction is an issue with them.

Thanks for any comments on what to look for. I just cannot afford a big expensive set right now.

Old thread...

In my area, I found two brands. One was some foreign brand and BF Goodrich Radial T/As The foreign ones were cheap so I tried them. They sucked. I returned them and got the BF Goodrich. They look great and have good traction but my car isn't a horsepower monster.
Stock size is 225/60-15 for the turbine wheels.
