I would say both + don't forget the headers 2 very restrictive too.

The factory H is the worst. You have to be careful not to take too much backpressure out of the GT's exhaust though. If your close to stock it kills the car to go full exhaust with or pipe. Simply swapping to a catted X usually gets the better results as far as average power and timeslips.

Both are bad, the Stock H is worse.
