Which springs?

I've decided that for my uses, coilovers are too much money to justify, so I'm just going to go with springs. I think I've narrowed it down to Eibach or H&R, but I can't find rates published for either one. I want good handling, but I don't want to overwhelm my stock shocks, and I don't want it sitting so low it screws up my suspension geometry.

I thought I'd get some input from you guts. Vote away.

A little bit more down the page, and there will be a loooong post...has every single spring rate and company you can probably think of. It doesn't have drop i don't think, but that's easiest to find out anyways.
