Currently rocking the stock Eaton blower on 93 pump gas, it made 450/500 and it's time to start the upgrades. Engine has about 5000 mile since rebuilt with Manley Platinum Series Pistons 594120C-8 w/ Total Seal rings, Melling Performance Oil Pump w/ billet gears 10227, ARP Pro Series Connecting Rod Bolts 200-6207, ARP Main Stud Kits 156-5403, ARP Pro Series Cylinder Head Stud Kits 156-4101, new Clevite rod & main bearings. Billet Flow pulleys and 2lb lower. Afco dual pass HE with fans. Bassani mid length headers and mid pipe, 2.5 exhaust. Return style fuel system (not dead head) with -8 feed and return with Lethal fuel pump wiring harness. Will be installing Fore Innovations dual pump hat with TI Automotive F90000267 Fuel Pumps. I plan on getting the Whipple Gen4 2.9 WX145ax – Non Crusher, I know but funds are limited and I just cut a hole in my fender for the JLT CAI and it’s gonna have to do. Going to swap over to pump E85 and looking to make 800+rwhp with a few trips to Mexico and 1 trip to the track before they kick me out for not having a cage. So this is where my questions come in 1) – I have an opportunity to get some ID1300's (older version) at a great price and I'm concerned about installing them with such a low connector compered to standard injectors. Any advice on installation? 2) – I have Division X fuel rails, will this be a problem with the Whipple? 3) – What pulley should I start with to achieve hp goals? Not looking to max out currently. Thanks for the input.
