Who's got 18" rims on there SVT Focus?

I'm thinking of putting 18s on my SVT Focus but worried about rubbing. I'm looking at 18x7.5 and tire size at 215/35, just wondering what others have done when going with 18s, thanks.

Should have no issue… i'm running an 18x8.0 with no issues of rubbing…

My wife's ZX3 has 215s on 7.5 wheels, but in 17. Up front they rub the edge of the fender a bit, not enough to roll it. But her car is lower than we like (orange one in front).

Thanks guys, I just can't find a style I like. I've been scouring the net. Had a set ordered mon., but they were out of stock and no eta on restock. Please feel free to give me a wheel site I may have not checked.

I always thought Tirerack was a little over priced but I found wheels through them, but there was a catch. They were imennslly discounted and they were not the style I wanted at all. I figured since painting's my thing why not refinish them before i put tires on them. Heres what I started with and how they came out. I was able to sand all the chrome off, but I left the chrome in the center section.

That's a cool look. Did you have to clear coat or anything to protect them?

I sanded the chrome, then self etching primer, then a semi metallic silver wheel paint, clear coat, wet sanded with 2000 to give it the matte finish, then I put some wax by hand after 2 weeks.

How much fabrication to fit the SVT center cap??
