Winter wheels - where to get Crown Vic police wheels??

I want to use the Crown Vic black steel wheel that was used on the police interceptor cars... that have the holes around the outside rather than the oblong cutouts. I want to buy four of these for winter use and I have no idea where I can buy these... any help? They are 16" steel wheels.

Ebay or Craigslist is the only place I can think of.

If it's just black steel wheels with holes you're looking for, then the major tire/wheel sales places like Tire Rack or Discount Tire sell them when you buy the snow tires. These wheels are pretty cheap new. I think if I remember right, they were under $50 each new through one of those places last winter. They just look plain and black with holes, sort of like spare tires. Normally described and "steel winter wheel" or something like that. These won't get you the shiny center cap you get like on the police interceptor wheels though but you will know you're getting the right fitting wheel for your mustang's application.
