WTB: 03/04 Cobra Southeast..LOOK INSIDE FOR 411

I am starting some preliminary research on a Cobra. I live near Memphis TN and do not want to go very far for this car. Here is what I am looking for:

Near perfect paint
Garage Queen
No curb rash or front plastic damage
Can be modded from the minimal to the extreme...but it must still be a well built tasteful car that doesn't smoke like a tar-kiln. Fewer trips to the track the better.
I PREFER stock wheels
Low miles 0-30000

I prefer:

DSG
Redfire
Red
White
Sonic Blue

Trying to stay away from SIlver unless it is the perfect car.
